Ober Gatlinburg is the premier family fun center here in Gatlinburg. When was the last time you took the whole family to ride rides, arcade, mini-golf, shop, eat and enjoy all in one roof… on top of a mountain? You haven’t. You can even take a scenic tram ride hovering over the Smokies to get there. Well worth the extra incentive.

Ride the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway
You need to take the Aerial Tramway to be able to reach Ober (you can drive there, but Ski Mountain Road is sometimes not recommended for first time visitors) and the Tramway is a 12-14 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your Baskins Creek cabin and chalet in downtown Gatlinburg. Baskins Creek supports all the major attractions in the area and would be happy to assist in enhancing your Smoky Mountain Vacation!
